The lips contain less blood capillaries, therefore it receives fewer nutrients. This makes it very important for us to feed and take care of our lips as part of our skin care and make up regime. Suck your lips for about a minute to increase blood flow to it.

Lipsticks and lip glosses add balance and color to the face. They must be easy to apply providing excellent coverage, giving a creamy, glossy finish and also have the following abilities:

Use a lipstick that has enough pigment to stay the course but also has a built in sheen so it does not look heavy.Lip liners come in various shades and they can be used to reduce or increase the size of the lips. A waterproof liner is the best to use.Lip glosses should be changed after about 3 months because the texture becomes less glossy and they start to smell a bit funny. Lipsticks will stay effective for about 18 months.
